Production canary published by Publishing API v1

This controlled production canary proves that Publishing API v1 can publish a Blog Post through an authenticated Machine Identity. The content is intentionally synthetic, contains no customer data, and exists only as release evidence.

The canary validates capability checks, publication readiness, Managed Media ownership, audit recording, public rendering, cache revalidation, and the global Publishing Gate. It is safe to remove after the rollout evidence has been recorded.
